- Scope Of Work
- Review WPS, WPQR, NDE and other related Procedures.
- Randomly witness and check the work activies at the workshop.
- Monitor and ensure the project stay on schedule.
- Updating fabrication progress.
- Witness/Hold Point in ITP as: material receiving inspection, cutting, fit up, welding, blasting, coating, mechanical assembly, hydraulic assembly, functional test, factory acceptance test, mechanical completion.
- Review NDT procedures to ensure compliance with the client’s specifications, codes, and standards.
- Witness mockup test and demo NDT methods of all the NDT contractors involved as per client’s procedures.
- Ensure the filing & record keeping of the Project.
- Make a weekly report to the Site Manager.
- Monitoring through fabrication to ensure production meets project requirements.
- Follow up NCR if any non-compliance observed.
- Report to the Owner on rate of progress and quality.
