Our Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) services are utilized across all industry sectors including Oil & gas, power & utilities, manufacturing industry and process industry. According to requirements, NDT can be undertaken during production, post-production, in-service and following repair. Our NDT inspection facilities and expertise are also a key component of our failure investigation service and can provide key test data as part of a fitness for service or risk-based inspection procedure.
Conventional Nondestructive Testing (NDT) describes a process in which welds, materials or equipment can be examined for various types of discontinuities such as cracks, weld discontinuities, corrosion, or wear that does not require the destruction of the component being tested.

Applied Technical Services’ provides welding engineering services with engineers that have the experience and knowledge to write customized welding procedure specifications (WPS) that are compliant to current codes and standards. We are familiar with unique standards that apply to specific industries that require common or specialized production. We have built an excellent reputation with the construction, infrastructure, automotive, nuclear, aerospace, power generation, transportation, and maritime industries.
Cathodic Protection (CP) method is widely used to prevent (or reduce) rust, corrosion and corrosion mitigation of structures. CP systems are generally grouped as sacrificial anode cathodic protection (SACP) system or impressed current cathodic protection (ICCP) system. Application in atmospheric, buried, or submerged environments can further diversify CP systems and its materials. To guarantee a more effective CP system, an applicable design for the protected structures is required.
We provide highly experienced API-certified inspectors with multidisciplinary expertise in pressure vessels, pressure piping, and storage tank inspections, as well as other certified professionals in the oil and gas industry through the API ( American Petroleum Institute).
